Terms

OF BUSINESS

  • To confirm your booking, a deposit of $2000 is required.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 3 months or less of the scheduled arrival date.

  • Trophy fees and extra charges need to be settled in full one day before departure. All animals taken or wounded must be paid.

  • All prices are quoted in US$ & are subject to change, due to circumstances beyond our control. Prospective clients will be informed in advance.

  • All clients to sign the safari contract & indemnity waiver.

  • Let your credit card company/bank know you will be travelling to South-Africa.

  • We have to add 4% on top of the outstanding balance amount if you want to pay by credit card.

  • Wire transfers are the preferred method of payment. You may arrange with your bank to authorize transfers via phone or e-mail if required.

  • Please note that transfers completed before 12:00 noon (U.S. time) typically reflect in our account within 24 hours. All payments must be settled before departing the premises.

    No cheques, personal cheques or bank cheques are accepted.
